Biliary Disease

  • All benign biliary conditions and biliary tract malignancies

  • Endoscopic and minimally invasive therapies for gallstones

  • Particular interest in peri-hilar biliary malignancies (Klatskin tumours)

Neuroendocrine Tumours

  • Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NETs), particularly advanced cases with liver metastases or vascular invasion

  • Small bowel NET in the non-metastatic and metastatic setting

Pancreatitis

  • Acute, recurrent and chronic pancreatitis

  • Endoscopic and surgical approaches

  • Special interest in Total Pancreatectomy with Islet Autotransplant (TPIAT)

Liver Malignancy

  • Primary and secondary liver malignancies

  • Utilisation of techniques such as pre-operative liver augmentation, vascular resection, hypothermic perfusion and ALPPS

  • Minimally invasive techniques are utilised where appropriate for both minor and major liver resections

General Surgery

I manage the majority of general surgical presentations including but not limited to:

  • Appendiceal pathology

  • Groin hernias

  • Ventral hernias including component separation

  • Spleen pathology and adrenal disease

Open and minimally invasive approaches offered depending on individual patient circumstances
